We have returned to Fergus Home and Hardware for every appliance we have ever needed. Dan and Cindy have helped us pick out appliances with exactly the features we were looking for and they have made sure we had had help right when we arrived to pick our appliances up at the store! When we did have an issue with damage to our brand new dishwasher, Cindy found an immediate replacement and took care of of the problem for us!

During yesterday's snowstorm when the store was closed (we didn't realize that), Dan stopped and let us in to exchange a pair of gifted-ice skates that were too small. He found the right fit, sharpened the blades, made the trade and sent us on our way. He and staff always give 110% and showed our out of town guests what great customer service is all about.

Another great review!
I used to automatically go to the Big Box stores. But, when they didn't have what I needed or the quality I wanted my back up was Fergus Home and Hardware. Now they are my first choice instead of my last resort. I can get service right when I enter... and if the clerks are busy it is not uncommon for the local owner to serve me personally. I love to be sold and every trip here is an adventure with new products and what I call the old show and sell. For the full service experience at box store prices...some times even better... I reccomend Fergus Home and Hardware.

Dan and his staff provide incredible service at Cullen's and Fergus Home and Hardware. It's easy to be skeptical of a small town hardware store when looking for something, but they are now my first stop when working on a project. Looking for something obscure? Don't waste your time running around town, as they can order it for you and have it in within a day or two. Great store and great people.

I bought a theater chair for ME which I call my throne at Cullens...with electric foot raising. It is wonderful, the staff was wonderful and the delivery people are just as wonderful to bring it in and set it where I still have my throne.

We were in the market for new flooring. We stopped in at Fergus Home and Hardware were greeted by Mary. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were running a special on all in store flooring. We found the most beautiful flooring, with great quality, cheaper than at a big box store and the best part we kept it local!

I've had service done on two appliances by Josiah from Fergus Home and Hardware. Both times I've called for service the response has been within a day and the repair has been quick and correct. I also purchased a new range and microwave in the store and the sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm so happy I discovered this store. We're lucky to have it in our area.
