This is a great appliance and definitely performs as advertised. Already made some great meals with it. Even trusted this oven with my late mother™™s family secret meatloaf recipe. I would have loved to give this range 5 stars but the Air Fry option was a bad idea. Yes the food was delicious but the cleanup was a nightmare. Too big an area to air fry and made such a mess. Air fried chicken wings with a baking sheet under the basket on the lower rack as instructed. The grease in the baking sheet was burning and smoking halfway through the cook and filled the house with smoke. After cleaning everything I found burnt chicken grease was inside the door inner glass. I will have to disassemble the door if I ever want clean glass again. Overall a great appliance but give the customer a portable air fryer and remove that option. Thanks for listening.

Unit is less than one year old. Last night, while using the broiler, the oven got incredibly hot - every part of it (the outside surface as well). We turned it off and let it cool. Today, none of the cooktop burners will warm beyond the lowest level, and the red lights on the burners no longer come on. Also, as soon as we turn the oven on to bake, the fan comes on, LOUD. I have contacted customer service and they are saying that it is a problem, but that I need to have a tech visit before they can do anything. It is less than a year old. It seems dangerous. I would think that Frigidaire would, in this case, provide a new unit. I am surprised at the lack of sensitivity to customer concerns. I explained that I do not feel that this unit is safe, but they are insisting on a visit by a technician. However, the technician window is from 8 am to 5 pm. Yes, they expect I will be waiting at home for 9 hours for a technician, who will likely say that the unit needs to be replaced. If this is how Frigidaire handles customer support for a safety issue, I don't know that I would ever recommend a purchase of their appliances.

We™™ve had our new range for 3 weeks and love it! It looks beautiful and functions well. Really enjoy the quick preheat on the oven. Time saver. Haven™™t used the air fry function yet, but did purchase an oven liner from Amazon, to make clean up easier while using this function.

So far so good. I have only used basic functions so far, and air fryer once for frozen fries. I love the sliding rack, and will someday try the probe. It is nice looking - the rest of my appliances are white, but I gave up on finding a suitable slide in range in white. Little room in the storage drawer, but I assume that means the oven is roomier. So far the black ceramic top seems easier to clean than my previous white one - though there is one small area that has had a rough patch since almost the beginning that I™™m not quite sure what to do about. Overall, the ™Professional™ model does appear to be a step up from the others. I was glad the air fryer tray was included, as it™™s not in less expensive models.

Self Clean ruins this range

After 6 months of purchasing this range, we turned on the self cleaning. Approx 2 hours in to cleaning mode, the front elements started to spark. Scared us! We quickly googled the problem and found we needed to turn the power off at the circuit breaker and call for warranty repair. Five days later we had someone come to repair the range. Wires in the front element casing were melted. We have to now wait for a part. We were advised to never use the self cleaning function even after new part installed, as this could occur again. We feel that Frigidaire should recall this range and look into why this is a problem! Poor safety. Too bad as we do like the range. We have purchased other Frigidaire appliances but now we are very weary. Hopefully Frigidaire will follow up.

My wife adores it. It replaced a faulty GE unit with electronic issues that rendered the oven section unusable. Despite the stovetop functioning, the GE unit was ultimately ineffective. I trust that the Frigidaire, with its fewer electronics, will prove to be more reliable in the long run.

The 30™ front control range is excellent. The knob controls are readily accessible and easy to understand. The four burners and the warming burner are readily controllable. The air fryer is a welcomed feature. With all these amenities this range is a bargain. I highly recommend this appliance.

We really like the rapid surface heat and the ease of adjusting each burner to the exact heat level we want. The range is very easy to clean and is a stylish addition to our kitchen.

I love the look of this range..so far it cooks well burners heat up fast. The few negatives i have is i seems to touch the oven light when I'm leaning over it turns on a lot also although the stove top looks slick when i have a spill over onto it it doesn't wipe off easily i need to really work on it to be removed. i haven't used airfry mode yet but looking forward to it

This oven is so much more than I could have asked for at my price point. The design is impeccable. It looks like a very high end, professional stove. The griddle feature, air fryer and temperature probe are not features I would have asked for but I love them. Cooking is so much easier and clean up is a breeze.

This is my second Fridgidaire range. This was a replacement for the brand new Fridgidaire induction range that I bought 6 months ago. That was returned because the top just randomly wouldn™™t turn on. So I paid $1000. more and got this one. While the stove top worked fine, the sensor panel would randomly shoot out an F16 code meaning that the sensor could not detect the temperature of the oven so the oven would shut down and would be unusable until we shut off the range circuit breaker for a few hours. And it would happen even if the oven was not being used. It also baked very unevenly. The appliance store I bought it from replaced the sensor panel and both oven knobs and even the oven element. It baked better but still shot out random F16 codes. So the appliance store just replaced that oven with a new one of the same model. Guess what? After the delivery men put it in place and tested the burners, the right back burner wouldn™™t heat up. Don™™t buy this range, and really just don™™t buy any Fridgidaire range. This whole Fridgidaire debacle has been a nightmare. 3 brand new Fridgidaire ranges and every one with major issues.
