Only buy this product if you are ok with ithe refrigerator working for a year and half. We purchased our refrigerator brand new and had it professionally installed. Initially we fell in love with the aesthetic and room the unit provided. Unfortunately, after a year and half our refrigerator stopped working. Our natural thought was to contact Electrolux branded service for repair, afterall the manufacturer should be the best avenue for service, right? Please do not do this. Over $1,200 and almost 3 months later we were told by the call center they couldn™™t get the parts we needed and our best option was to source the part and repair it ourself. We were also lied to multiple times by the repairmen about what the issue was. The last lie we were told was the compressor they installed was a bad run and defective from the manufacturer. This was not the case.Long story short we hired a general appliance repair person who repaired the appliance in a couple hours and for $250, the call center offered no help and wasted countless hours of our time along with the repairmen. Do yourself favor and avoid this product at all cost..

This refrigerator is spacious and I like the hidden water dispenser inside. The bottom shelf is also nice that it slides out like a drawer for easier access. The top shelves were more difficult to reposition than expected, but I give this refrigerator 5 stars overall.

The outside is beautiful. The inside is also - it is hard to figure out where to put things and to figure out how to open the drawers! The reason for the three stars is that it was a pain in the neck (and back!) in install after taking out my old one. It took a ridiculously long time in part because we didn™™t have the space available to lay it down to install the rollers (The store that sold it to us does not do installations so we had to find someone in our small town to do it.) We only bought it because it was the same make/model as the one that was no longer working (after maybe ten years) and was the only one to fit the space.

This is our 2nd purchase of the frigidaire column refrigerator and freezer in 12 months. The first purchase was a complete headache from delivery until the refrigerator died 6 months into our purchase. Frigidaire wasn't easy to work with but they did stand by the warranty and returned our money after months of trying to repair the lemons. Luckily this purchase has (so far) been great. The delivery was easier and both units are working great. We love the look, amount of storage, and how they keep our food cold. Let's hope the first purchase was an anomaly and these units will last for years!

This unit failed just 7 months after installation, and while there is never a convenient time for a refrigerator to fail, it will always fail at the most-inconvenient time (when you are hosting your closest friends for a few days). Bottom line: A refrigerator of this caliber failing in such a short amount of time should result in better customer support. What I'm left with is trying to coordinate a time with an approved appliance repair center to get troubleshooting done, and then what? Wait X weeks for parts and then take another day off work for those parts to be installed? This makes for a very high cost of owning this refrigerator. My expectation would be for a brand-new unit to be expedited for such an early failure. Instead customer service hung up on me after making this request. They don't make them like they used to, so if you are considering a new refrigerator, you really do need to have a backup unit somewhere in your house.

When they work they are great. We have been on our house 4 years (they were new upon moving in). We are on our second set (ice machine was dripping and things froze in the fridge) and now the second fridge has gone out too (15 months later). We have been without our fridge for 4 weeks and our appointment today (with Frigidaire) was cancelled because they said we didn™™t have the part after we had already confirmed it had been delivered. Now, we get to wait another week. 5 weeks without a fridge after already having them replaced is absolutely ridiculous. Will never buy again. I™™m not sure that ™incentive™ these people got for their ™incentivized reviews™ but I hope it was good. Oh, and our neighbors have the same ones and have had multiple issues and service calls. If you do decide to purchase these, be sure to get the warranty.

We have a family of six with four kids under 12, so we have a good variety of taste buds. The fridge accommodates quite a lot of these. I like the various sizes of door shelves and their ability to move them around to deal with height restrictions. I don™™t care for the water dispenser inside the fridge. Seems like a waste of energy to hold the fridge open while it slowly fills our cups and bottles.

It™™s a nice looking fridge and overall it™™s good but not great, definitely not the best or top tier. For the size, it holds the same amount if not less than my French door refrigerator/freezer which doesn™™t make sense. It™™s a standalone fridge, why isn™™t the cubic feet increased? Can™™t even fit a large pizza box inside, for comparison versus our old fridge. The water dispenser is a nice touch but seems like a miss opportunity since the water isn™™t cold. You would assume the line is cooled and matches (or close to it) the fridge™™s temp but it™™s not, not even close. Crisper bin is really great. All in all, it™™s nice but not great, for the price it™™s a huge disappointment. Definitely better fridges out there.

We selected this model because Frigidaire no longer manufactures the Gallery model we were hoping to replace (convertible fridge/freezer w/o any water or ice maker). This was the closest we could find. This model is a net negative compared to what we were hoping for... the interior storage cubic feet is less and the interior design (layout of the shelves, bins, door shelves) is really awkward. For instance, one of the door shelves is so narrow and under another shelf that makes it almost unusable. Too bad, because without the water and water filter there would be more usable space. On the plus side, the interior is well-lit with bright LEDs and the door opens easily (some models sometimes have a vacuum seal). Oh, one really annoying "feature" is that the unit has no "toe kick", meaning that the door opens really close to the floor - ouch! very easy to open it into your toes! So, overall a "meh" rating... we hope that Frigidaire will resurrect the Gallery convertible models - they were well-designed and better priced.

The back wall of my Frigidaire behind the fruit/vegetable drawer is totally rusted out. ABT said that they cannot get the replacement part. I have spent days and days talking to parts places and Frigidaire out of warranty parts and Frigidaire. We love the refrigerator but a sensor that tells you the door is opening malfunctioned and we kept getting an annoying beep. We were told it™™s common with this model. The company came out to fix it and this was only temporary. The are coming back this week hopefully the problem will be resolved. We purchased the same model 17 years ago never a problem fo 16 years. Hopefully this will be the case after they figure out the sensor
